Kelly Oberle is the founder of Access Human Potential. 

Before founding Access Human Potential, Kelly worked in product and marketing management for over fourteen years.  She has worked for a variety of Orange County high tech companies, including Emulex Corporation, XCd Inc. and Toshiba America Business Solutions.  She has successfully worked with executive management to faciliate business development activities (both nationally and internationally), managed cross-functional projects, and designed sales and management training programs.  She has been trained as an ISO 9000 Auditor and is a Six Sigma Green Belt.

Kelly graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in Organizational Studies.  She is Vice President of the Orange Chamber of Commerce Profit Connection and a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners.  In addition, she is actively involved in the community.  She has coached High School Varsity Softball and is a volunteer coach of 10U girls softball.  In addition, she runs softball camps and conditioning programs for children.

 Access Human Potential's professional expertise includes management, marketing, business planning, wellness education, coaching and training. We have successfully implemented tactical and strategic marketing and business plans, facilitated business development activities, managed cross-functional projects, delivered technical training programs, designed sales and management training programs, and conducted mental training to enhance team and individual performance.


Our experience and education, combined with our flexible approach, provide us with the ability to work effectively in a multitude of situations.
